Returns:

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it excluding the items and or services mentioned below.

-Orders with special ordered paper or supplies

-Social Media Management Packages will continue to bill unless the user cancels before the anniversary period on which it will cancel the next renewal period respective of monthly, quarterly, or quarterly.

-Public Relations Campaigns will continue to bill if in a purchased series subscription unless they are canceled before the anniversary period on which it will cancel the next renewal period respective of monthly, quarterly, or yearly.

-Gift Cards that have already been Utilized

-Mailing Services

To be eligible for a return;

Refunds:  An RMA# must be obtained before shipping any items back.  Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will update you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your item is eligible for a return and it is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 7 Business days, depending on your card issuer's policies. The shipping you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  Since; we require you to approve all proofs before sending to production.  Even though we do our best to spot-check work; it is still the client’s responsibility to carefully review and approve all proofs on our site for correct Names, Phone Numbers, Fax numbers, E-mail Addresses, Addresses, Colors, Spelling, Grammar, Punctuation, Font, Font Size, Layout, Graphics, Confirm Legal authorization to use photos you provide.   Furthermore, you also agree on the specified media that will be used at the proof time.
